DRIVERS LICENCE

A valid driving license held for at least one year is required.
Driving licenses issued in any country-member of the European Union are acceptable. 
Driving licenses issued in countries not members of the European Union have to be accompanied by a valid International Driver’s Permit (IDP).
An A2 valid driving license is required to rent a motorbike. Driver age must be at least 21 years old and have at least one year their driving license.

DRIVER'S AGE

The minimum age for the driver is 21 years.

MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD

The minimum rental period is 24 hours. 
Every hour in excess is estimated at 1/3 of the daily rate. For over three (3) hours in excess, the renter is charged with  an additional current daily rate.

INSURANCE

All rental rates include simple liability insurance. The lessee is responsible for any damage or theft (partial or total) caused to the rental motorcycle up to the amount of the damage or its commercial value at the time of the accident or theft.
The lessee is obliged to pay the amount corresponding to the damage to the motorcycles regardless of the accident and the amount paid is refunded when and if the company is compensated.

The insurance is not valid and the tenant is liable for damages when:

• The driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• The motorcycle is driven on unpaved roads
• The car is driven by unauthorized persons
• The motorcycle is driven with a flat tire.

FUEL

The Renter is obliged to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as it had when collected. In the case of returning the vehicle with less fuel, the renter will be charged with the fuel difference. No refunds are issued for vehicles returned with more fuel than when collected.

HELMET

The helmet is provided free of charge to the tenant and the passenger. In case of loss the helmet is charged 60€

PAYMENT METHODS

The rental fee is paid upon delivery of the motorcycle either in cash or by credit or debit card.

CHARGE PER KILOMETER

In each rental the kilometers traveled are unlimited and free.

TAXES

Prices include taxes and VAT (24%)

MOTORCYCLE TRANSPORTATION OUTSIDE KEFALONIA

Allowed after consultation with the company.

DELIVERY MOTORCYCLE RECEIPT

Every delivery and pick-up at the airport and at the office and at a distance of 10 km from them is free. Deliveries and received over longer distances have a minimum charge of 15 euros. The return of the motorcycle can be done in a different location from that of the delivery by arrangement.

FINES AND TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS

Tickets and attached administrative sanctions resulting from any violation of the Greek Traffic Law during the rental period are solely the renter's responsibility.

The driver's license, credit card and passport or ID will be required by the rider upon receipt of the motorcycle. All of the above must display the driver's name.

By renting the motorcycle, the renter declares that he has read and accepts all the terms mentioned on this page.

The company reserves the right at any time to modify the prices or the terms and conditions of rent.
